How to Request Account Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Moonfox account and the user data associated with it, in compliance with the Google Play Developer Policy.

Step 1 — Send us an Email

Send an email from the same Google account you used to sign in to Moonfox, to the address below:

quantus.studio@gmail.com

Step 2 — Include the Following Information

Subject: "Delete My Moonfox Account"
Body: A brief sentence stating you wish to delete your account.
From address: Must be the same Google account email used to sign in to the app.

Step 3 — Wait for Confirmation

We will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 30 days. After confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Data Handled by This Request

The following data types will be deleted:

Data retained after deletion: None. We do not retain any user data after an account deletion request is processed.

                📱 Local Data on Your Device: Your divination history records are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. To delete them, simply uninstall the Moonfox app, or use the in-app "History → Manage → Delete" feature to remove individual records.
            

Alternative: In-App Account Sign Out

If you simply wish to sign out without deleting your account, open the app, go to Profile → Log out. This will not delete your account on our servers; you can sign in again at any time.

如何申请删除账号

本页说明如何申请删除您的 狐问六爻 (Moonfox) 账号及与之关联的用户数据，相关流程符合 Google Play 开发者政策要求。

第 1 步 — 发送电子邮件

请使用您当初登录狐问六爻所用的 Google 账号邮箱，向以下地址发送邮件：

第 2 步 — 邮件内需注明以下信息

标题："删除我的狐问六爻账号"
正文：简短一句话说明您希望删除账号即可。
发件邮箱：必须使用您当初登录 App 所用的 Google 账号邮箱。

第 3 步 — 等待确认回复

我们将在 30 天内处理您的申请并回复确认邮件。确认后，您的账号及所有关联数据将被永久从我们的服务器移除。

本次申请涉及的数据

以下数据类型将被删除：

账号删除后保留的数据：无。申请处理完成后，我们不保留任何用户数据。

                📱 关于设备本地数据：您的占卜历史记录仅保存在您的设备本地，从未上传到我们的服务器。如需删除，您只需卸载 App 即可清除全部本地数据；或在 App 内使用"历史记录 → 管理 → 删除"功能逐条删除。
            

另一种选择：仅退出登录

如果您只是希望退出登录而不删除账号，可以打开 App，进入"我的 → 退出登录"。这不会删除您在服务器上的账号信息，您可以随时再次登录。
